- Age: The customer must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to the "Easypay" app. By using the app, you acknowledge and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
- Providing Data: The customer must provide "Easypay" with all data and documents required to complete the registration and verification process. This data must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times.
- Maintaining Personal Data: The customer is responsible for protecting any registration information and personal data used to access the service and maintaining its confidentiality. The customer must immediately inform "Easypay" if any unauthorized use of their account is suspected.
- Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By subscribing to "Easypay," the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of the app, which may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the service after any updates is considered acceptance of these changes.
Customer's Commitment to Pay Subscription Fees: Payment of Fees: The customer undertakes to pay all fees related to subscribing to the services of the "Easypay" app according to the plan chosen at registration or renewal. Payment must be made at the times agreed upon in the terms. In the event of a payment delay, the "Easypay" app reserves the right to suspend the service until full payment is made.
Customer's Commitment to Providing Documents: Providing Documents: The customer undertakes to provide the "Easypay" app with all documents and information that the company may require to provide the services or to verify the customer's identity and the accuracy of the information provided. The documents provided must be correct, up-to-date, and complete. The "Easypay" app reserves the right to refuse to provide services or terminate the subscription if the information or documents provided are found to be incorrect or incomplete.
Contract Termination: Subscription Termination: Both the "Easypay" app and the customer have the right to terminate this contract at any time according to the terms specified below:
- Termination by the Customer: The customer can terminate their subscription to the "Easypay" services by sending a formal letter with a required 30-day advance notice before the desired termination date.
- Termination by "Easypay": The "Easypay" app reserves the right to terminate the service provided to the customer or suspend it partially or completely, without prior notice, in case the customer violates any of the terms and conditions of this contract or for any other legal reason that justifies termination.
- Effects of Termination: Upon termination of the contract, the customer must immediately stop using the service, and "Easypay" must delete all customer-related data, in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable legislation.
- Obligations After Termination: Both parties remain obligated to any commitments that arose before the termination date and are supposed to continue after termination by their nature.

Customer's Violation of Laws: Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that their use of the "Easypay" app and the services provided through it complies with all applicable local and international laws and regulations. The "Easypay" app or any of its employees, directors, shareholders, partners, or agents are not responsible for any losses, damages, penalties, fines, or legal costs resulting from the customer's violation of any applicable law or regulation during the use of the service. The customer is responsible for defending "Easypay" and compensating it against any claims, liabilities, costs, and damages resulting from such violations.
Disclaimer from Hacking or Guarantee of Service Continuity: Disclaimer from Hacking: The "Easypay" app makes significant efforts to protect users' data and maintain the security of information against unauthorized access or hacking. However, due to the nature of the Internet and digital technology, the security of information cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Under the privacy policy, if the customer sends to "Easypay" or posts about "Easypay" services in any public area including information, ideas, inventions, concepts, techniques, or knowledge ("User Submissions"), for any purpose, including development, manufacturing, and/or marketing of products or services involving such information, the customer acknowledges that "Easypay" can use User Submissions without restriction without recognition or compensation to you, and the customer waives any claim to ownership or compensation or any other rights they may have regarding User Submissions.
Acknowledgment: By using the "Easypay" app, you acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read these terms, understand them, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use the "Easypay" app and services.
